Terms of Service
Please fully read and understand the terms of service before submitting a commission request.◆ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ◆
✧ Commissions are NOT on a first-come-first-serve basis. All commission requests will be reviewed and I will contact everyone who submitted to confirm whether their request was accepted or turned down.
✧ I reserve the right to turn down a commission request for any reason.
✧ Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial use and non-fungible token (NFT) use are PROHIBITED. The client is not allowed to take credit for the commissioned artwork or reproduce/sell it for financial gain.
✧ I will be able to add the finished commission to my portfolio.◆ PAYMENT ◆
✧ All commission prices are in USD.
✧ Invoices will be made and sent via PAYPAL. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal.
✧ 50% of the commission will be paid after the initial sketch is approved. After the second progress image is approved, the remaining 50% of the commission will need to be paid before I finish the artwork.◆ CANCEL/REFUND POLICY ◆
✧ Refunds will only be granted if I fail to deliver a commission.
✧ No cancellations after the initial sketch is approved by the client.
Procedure
Turnaround time: Approximately 3-4 weeks after the request is confirmed.1. I contact the client to confirm details and pricing about the commission.
2. I send the client a sketch of the commission for approval and revisions (pose, angle, etc.)
3. Client pays 50% payment via PayPal invoice.
4. I send the client a second progress image for approval and minor revisions (color, small details, etc.)
5. Client pays the remaining amount of the commission via PayPal invoice.
6. The commission is completed and finalized. I send the final product to the client via email as a: 1) PNG with background 2) PNG without background. (Other file types or destinations negotiable)
